Doctor Jiang Xunling founded Beijing All Star Medical Technology Consulting Co Ltd in 2005. Dr Jiang possesses two Degrees: The First in Clinical Medicine, and the Second in Business Administration. He previously works in a major Beijing Trauma Center: The Beijing Jishuitan Hospital. He was later transferred to the International Assistance Department of the Chinese Ministry of Public Health, in conjunction with the Chinese Medical Doctor Association. He was specifically engaged in Cooperative Projects with Overseas and International Insurance Companies, and related domestic Medical Organizations.
